2. FORMATION OF CONTRACT
2.1 By ordering from Us You are deemed as entering into a contract with Us. As part of this process You will be given the opportunity to check the contents of Your order and correct any errors. Once Your Order has been despatched any mistakes cannot be rectified. When You have completed the online checkout process this will detail the content of Your Order.
2.2 All Goods are subject to availability.
2.3 Our acceptance of an order takes place when We dispatch the order. At this time We will send You a dispatch confirmation by e-mail.
2.4 We may refuse to accept an order:
(a) If there is a pricing or product description error;
(b) If the Goods are out of stock (No Stock) and thus not available;
(c) If We cannot obtain authorisation for Your payment;
(d) If We obtain evidence that Your payment may be fraudulent;

3. PRICE & DELIVERY
3.1 Prices advertised are in Pounds Sterling and inclusive of all UK taxes and VAT (where applicable). You are responsible for ensuring that all credit and debit card details are correct and that You are using the card in good faith.Â
3.2 If we do ship worldwide, You will be responsible for all costs, taxes and duties incurred.Â
3.3 Delivery times are issued in good faith and are not legally binding. We will not be responsible for any inconvenience arising through delay or loss caused by delivery.
3.4 Delivery charges are set out in the Delivery Services section of this site. Charges are based on the address that You supply. Once an Order has been despatched We are not responsible for any changes to addresses.Â
3.5 We are not liable for any loss or damage to Goods once they have been delivered to You. On receipt of Goods You must check against the inventory provided. You must inform Us of any missing items within 24 hours. After this time no liability will be assumed by Us.
3.6 Upon taking delivery of the Goods You should check them carefully for any transit damage. Damage claims will only be considered if We receive photographic evidence of the damage by e-mail (to the address given in Section 2.1 of these Conditions) within five Working Days of delivery, after which time no liability will be accepted.
3.7 If after 7 days of confirmation of Your Order You haven’t received Your Goods, You must notify us immediately.Â
3.8 Goods must be used for the purpose for which they are intended. We will not be responsible for any injury or damage caused by the misuse of Goods.
3.9 If Goods are damaged or faulty You must inform Us within 3 working days. Damage or faults after this time will be deemed as Your responsibility. Electrical items will be guaranteed under a manufacturers warranty.  Â
3.10 Prices exclude delivery charges.Â
3.11 Our prices are reviewed periodically and are subject to change at any time without notice. Any order placed by You and acknowledged by Us prior to the date of a price change will be charged at the price acknowledged by Us, even if the Goods are dispatched at a later date.
3.12 Our prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing standard rate. VAT is payable on all orders placed from within the EU, unless You are a non-UK business customer and can provide a valid EU VAT number, in which case VAT will be deducted from Your order in the online checkout process. If You order from outside the EU, VAT will be deducted from Your order. Our VAT number is ######.
3.13 You will pay for all Goods securely in Pounds Sterling at the time You place Your order by either credit/debit card or PayPal.
3.14 We will endeavour to dispatch all In Stock and Low Stock Items within two Working Days of Your order being placed. If We are unable to dispatch any In Stock or Low Stock Items because We run out of stock before Your order is packed, We will notify You within one Working Day and hold Your entire order in Our warehouse until fresh stock arrives and Your order can be shipped in full, or we receive further instructions from you.
4. CANCELLATION & RETURNS
4.1 If You wish to cancel Your Order: Before despatch You must notify Us as soon as possible by emailing info@flooring-world.com. Upon receipt of Your e-mail We will cancel Your order and issue You with a full refund. If Goods have already been despatched: You must return them within 7 working days of receipt to;

4.2 If You wish to return Goods for any reason You must notify us by the methods in condition 4.1 stating the reason.Â
4.3 You are free to return Goods for a refund or exchange if they are unused and in their sealed state and are suitable for re-sale. You will be refunded for the price of the Goods only. Return postage costs will be met by You. Refunds and exchanges will only be authorised once these conditions have been met and we have received the Goods. You are advised to obtain proof of posting and insurance when returning Goods as they will be Your responsibility until they are received by Us.
Items returned due to the purchaser changing their mind or ordering an incorrect product accidentally will incur an administration charge and restocking fee to the value of 10% of the item rrp.
4.4. A small number of Items sold by Us come with a manufacturer’s warranty (indicated, where appropriate, in the product description). If one of these Items develops a fault within the warranty period assistance will be provided by Us in the form of spares, repair or replacement (determined by Us, depending on the type of product and the nature of the fault). You should notify Us of any fault by sending an e-mail to the address given in Section 1 of these Conditions. You must then return the faulty Item to Us for inspection at the address given in section 4.1 of these Conditions. You should use an insured delivery service and obtain proof of posting, in case of loss or damage during transit to Us. The full cost of returning the faulty Item to Us shall initially be borne by You. We will refund this amount to You once We have received and inspected the Item and confirmed that it is faulty. Misuse and the effects of normal wear and tear are not covered.
4.5 Your Statutory Rights are not affected.
